Description

Recycle 1st is looking to hire an Administrator assisting in our Logistics department, handling all inbound calls and communication between the office and vehicle staff. We need an individual with a good telephone manner, who is computer literate and has the ability to handle irate customers. The candidate must be able to work in a neat and orderly manner and must be self-motivated.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all mobile devices are ready for the day
  • Handling Inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp and SMS
  • Respond to all customer emails in a timely manner
  • Print Driver Route Lists
  • Action Customer Manager Sheet (CMS)
  • Capture Account Customer Slips
  • Email Business Reviews
  • Capture Vehicle Costings
  • Filing
  • Capture Missed Collections
  • Amend bag quantities on internal system

Requirements:

  • Computer literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurately record information

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R232,00 per day
